General Description
This position is responsible for assist the Head Men's Soccer Coach in the oversight and administration of the Northeast men's soccer program from August - May.
The assistant will assist with practices, game-day coaching and operations, team travel, recruitment of student-athletes, demonstrating strong character, leadership, engagement and complying with ICCAC , NJCAA and institutional regulations.
Qualifications : Education
Associate's degree is preferred.
Qualification : Experience
Playing experience at the collegiate level and / or successful coaching experience at the college level is strongly preferred.
Qualification : Skills
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, outstanding work ethic and a strong knowledge of the game of the soccer.
